Paul Kempa was born and raised in a south suburb of Illinois. As a young college student he worked for Pav Realty as an assistant service person preparing homes for sale. He also worked for HP RAM Construction as a tradesman building strip malls and office buildings in the Western Suburbs of Chicago.
Paul started his career in real estate working at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Naperville in 2001. During his first six months he became a member of the millionaire club for selling over one million in real estate as a rookie agent. During his four years at that agency he partnered with the Higgins team and they became the highest profiting team in that office. He later transitioned to Remax of Naperville and remained there for three years in which time he was consistently the highest producing commercial real estate agent in that office.
Paul’s background in construction along with his superior knowledge of the local markets made him an ideal candidate for managing and selling real estate. He began his own business Kempa and Associates managing residential property along with his wife Tina, a Certified Property Manager for local and out of state real estate investors. He then branched out and became the Managing Broker for Kempa Realty and added residential brokerage to their portfolio.
When Paul is not working with buyers and sellers you can find him with his family enjoying outdoor activities such as boating, fishing and field training his German Shorthair Pointers.
